I går løb årets udgave af MTV Video Music Awards af stablen, og Taylor Swift kunne se sig selv som den store vinder blandt alle de andre popstjerner. Hun gik nemlig hjem med syv hovedpriser ud af otte nomineringer, skriver Pitchfork.
Swift vandt blandt andet prisen for årets artist, årets sang, årets musikvideo og årets bedste instruktion – de tre sidstnævnte for ‘Anti-Hero’.
Den eneste kategori, hvor Taylor Swift ikke vekslede sin nominering til en statuette, var for årets bedste klipning. Her vandt Olivia Rodrigo-videoen ‘Vampire’.
Årets nye artist-prisen gik til en af Taylor Swifts gode venner, den storhittende ‘Munch’-rapper Ice Spice.
Nicki Minaj, SZA, Rema, Selena Gomez, Anitta, Stray Kids, Lana Del Rey, Blackpink, Doja Cat og Måneskin gik også hjem med priser ved gårsdagens VMA. Blandt andre Kendrick Lamar, Miley Cyrus, Dua Lipa, Sam Smith og Kim Petras måtte gå tomhændede hjem fra prisfesten.
