‘Adolescence’ slog rekord ved Bafta TV Awards – her er alle vinderne

Netflix-fænomenet ‘Adolescence’ har haft en helt utroligt awards season med et hav af sejre ved diverse prisshows, herunder otte Emmy-statuetter.

Søndag kom kronen på værket ved Bafta TV Awards hjemme i Storbritannien – den britiske udgave af Emmy Awards. Her slog ‘Adolescence’ ifølge Deadline rekord med flest sejre nogensinde for en enkelt serie ved hovedpriserne.

Ingen serie har tidligere vundet mere end tre priser til ceremonien, men Jack Thorne og Stephen Grahams streaminghit gik hjem med fire af slagsen. Både Graham, Owen Cooper og Christine Tremarco modtog hæder i skuespilkategorierne, mens ‘Adolescence’ også blev kåret til årets bedste drama-miniserie.

Det var Stephen Grahams første Bafta-statuette i karrieren efter otte tidligere skuespilnomineringer. I sin takketale havde han ifølge Variety følgende budskab til alle børn, der måtte se med: »Lige meget hvor du er fra, så er alt muligt«.

I den internationale kategori for ikke-britiske serier vandt en anden genganger fra sæsonens forskellige prisuddelinger. Seth Rogens komedieserie ‘The Studio’ vandt foran ‘The Bear’, ‘The Diplomat’, ‘Pluribus’, ‘Severance’ og ‘The White Lotus’.

Rogen dedikerede prisen til medskuespiller Catherine O’Hara, der gik bort i januar i en alder af 71 år. »Hun betød så meget for os alle, og jeg går ud fra, at hun betød det samme for jer her«, sagde han ifølge Variety fra scenen.
