I midt-december kårede vi på Soundvenue de 20 bedste internationale serier fra 2024.
Her gik førstepladsen til miniserie-genfortolkningen af David Nicholls’ bog ’One Day’, som fik tårerne til at strømme efter premieren i februar.
Som altid har de internationale film- og tv-medier også givet deres bud på, hvilke de titler der velsignede fladskærmene allermest.
For at skabe overblik over årets mest roste serier har vi lavet en samlet liste gennem et pointsystem, hvor en førsteplads giver 10 point, andenplads giver 9 point og så videre. Ved lister, som ikke er rangeret, får alle tre point.
Flere indslag fra Soundvenues liste går igen, men ’One Day’ når dog slet ikke top 10. I stedet er det FX-serien ‘Shōgun’, der får allerflest topplaceringer med på vejen, mens HBO-serien ‘Somebody Somewhere’, hvis tredje sæson landede på Max i år, indtager andenpladsen:

2. ‘Somebody Somewhere’ – 90 point
3. ‘Ripley’ – 66 point
4. ‘Industry’ – 57 point
5. ‘Interview with the Vampire’ – 42 point
6. ‘Fantasmas’ – 39 point

9. ‘Evil’ – 23 point
10. ‘John Mulaney Presents: Everybody’s in L.A.’ – 23 point
De internationale lister tjener som god inspiration til at finde serieperler, man selv har overset. For eksempel kaster de lys over en serie som ‘Interview with the Vampire’, der i skrivende stund ikke kan findes på danske platforme, og ‘Evil’, som kun har én af seriens fire sæsoner på SkyShowtime.
